BMW M47 Intake Manifold Plugs – Swirl Flap Delete Kit (4x22MM)

It is never a bad idea to delete your intake manifold swirl flaps and replace them with 22mm aluminum plugs if it hasn’t been done for your M47 engine just yet.

M47 engines are only equipped with 22mm diameter swirl flaps, including M47N (M47TU) and M47N2 (M47TU2). They never had larger diameter flaps.

Note: If your model is not listed here, then your M47 engine most likely does not have swirl flaps. If you are still not sure, please send us your VIN number.

KIT INCLUDES:

22mm aluminum plugs (4 pcs)
Intake manifold gasket set (9 pcs)

To ensure a long-lasting seal, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of sealant on the O-rings of the plugs. DO NOT use sealant on the intake manifold gaskets.
