KPerformance™ 7.5″ Front Mount Intercooler for BMW X1 E84 35iX and BMW Z4 E89 35i, 35is models with N54, N55 engines.

Although originally developed for petrol applications, this intercooler is also widely used in high-power BMW M57 and N57 diesel builds due to its large 7.5″ core, providing exceptional cooling efficiency. Engine-facing universal inlet and outlet connections secured with hose clamps simplify custom piping installation and eliminate the restrictive OEM quick-connect system.

Our intercooler delivers up to 80% more cooling capacity over OEM. Built with a high-density Bar & Plate core, it keeps intake temps low even under extreme boost pressures (3 bar+). The result is reliable, consistent performance — perfect for aggressive Stage 2 and Stage 3+ builds, where every degree counts.

Kit includes: Intercooler+ 2 rubber hoses + 4 hose-clamps + elbow pipe.
